For those of you in sunnier climes, it’s a cool, rainy day here in Philadelphia. When I grumbled about the weather to a client who spent much of his life in Ireland, he said it’s what they called a “high chair day,” meaning one should make one’s way to the pub and stay there until it clears, I guess.
How right they are.
